Great physical product, mediocre app
Whatever algorithm you have deciding which photos get shown is infuriating. It has 300 loaded but shows the same ones over and over and over. Why do YOU decide which photos are good and worth being seen? If youโre going to insist on not having an even shuffle, then I should decide what MY favorite are that you will prioritize.
The video function on Live Photo is also infuriating. When I go to upload, you need to let me turn live function OFF on *select* photos. Either that or once in the app, every single upload should have a toggle for play/donโt play, in the same location you have โPositionโ. My options are to manually adjust every photo I want to upload in my Photos app before uploading, which is INCREDIBLY time consuming, have no videos ever play, or have a bunch of dumb unwanted Live Photos play.
Itโs also craaazy that you donโt have an upload progress bar when loading photos. Itโs just a complete mystery on whether things have successfully loaded. โCan take days or weeksโ according to your website but good luck figuring out if they ever all successfully did
