  • Useless

    Can’t even create an account as the first two questions won’t complete.
  • Report process takes far too long

    This app is a great idea and really forces you to check in with yourself after having the Covid vaccine. However, the process of reporting side effects takes forever and requires far too much info. Should I really need to select whether my flu-like symptoms caused death?! Submitting each individual symptom separately is ridiculously time-consuming, especially when they might last for several weeks. I can imagine that many people give up after a few days and delete the app.
    Perhaps a ‘how do you feel today’ section tailored for vaccine side effects would be quicker and easier to use.

  • Unprofessional and faulty

    You cannot even do the desiccated function of reporting a symptom or side effect on the awful app. The keyboard covers the part of the screen that lets you move to next page! Which effing idiot made this effing app?!!!
  • Poor Design

    Download this as I had my first Covid vaccination added the vaccine to my watchlist came back and not added went to find it again said it was added went to my watchlist not there.
  • Oxford vaccine

    Had my vaccine on 12 feb felt fine for 48hrs got up on 3rd day and felt headachey hot and cold shivery and itched from head to foot and horrendous joint pain so bad I could cry and developed a red blotch on my left bust 3weeks later still feeling the same still got mark on bust made a appointment at DRs he’s arranged for me to have blood test and X-ray have to wait 2weeks to have blood test and wait for appointment at hospital and all he could say do you think it just a coincidence I don’t know I just know I don’t feel well

  • Great idea, doesn’t work though

    This app is a great idea but doesn’t work properly. It would not allow me to complete essential fields to report suspected Covid vaccine side effects. Can’t really say much more but please could you remedy this app? Getting field groups together to evaluate the app and identify where people abandon completing it would be a cheap way to help redesign it. Thank you.

  • Spent ages doing a report not in sent

    Spent ages registering & filling out all the questions and it said thanks for filling out & shows it successfully sent but when I go into the all on sent reports nothing there, I have the screen shots . Disappointed
  • Doesn’t open on iphone

    I get a message that it isn’t connected to the internet and can’t open. It is connected. Have tried deleting and restarting and reinstalling. Same message every time.
  • Doesn’t work

    Not sure what the reviews are for - not this site. Downloaded it went through set up. Clicked on it today to get message that there’s no connection - wrong everything else works fine. Re- booted, still no good, deleted and reloaded but no good.
  • App not working - internet not working!

    Tried to enter data as requested to help the vaccine program, but being told by the app that my internet connection isn’t working and to retry. Have retried several times, but same response each time. I wonder if Serco had a hand in this development? A waste of time.
