Birthday weekend
Paid 20$ for overnight shipping 11/10 because it’s my birthday weekend and the package won’t be here until 11/19. They won’t refund me even thought they did not overnight it 😭 this is what the rep Maya said “I'm so sorry to hear about the mix up. I'm afraid our system is unable to make any changes or modifications to orders once they have been placed. This includes payment methods, order cancelations, address updates, size changes etc.” she sent me a link to tracking that says ups does not have possession of the package label created. I’m going to be 8hrs away from home on my birthday weekend so I’m basically begging them to cancel it so my house isn’t robbed while I’m gone because they’re dropping an overnight package off 8 days late. It’s very disheartening for a company to straight up steal from you like that, not give you what you pay for and tell you to your face it’s nothing they can do as they pocket your money.

I’ve been using this app and buying even before the app for years. I love this stores diversity in aesthetic. I’m a strange , eclectic person and it’s hard for me to find clothing and shoes I like in stores. I get the freedom to find cool clothes to express myself. When there were issues in the past with payment or shipping their customer service was so friendly and helpful ! Thank y’all so much!

One of my fav stores!
I have been a customer of Dolls Kill for over 10 years and their quality never disappoints. It’s easy to make returns as well if something doesn’t work out. I mainly have purchased clothes for concerts and festivals but now love buying their bell bottom pants of beautiful laced tops. Their shoes are a hit or miss on comfort, but their free return/exchange policy makes it an decision to at least try something you’ve had your eyes on. Ps. Their clothing lines will make you grow 5 inches without even realizing it. Lol.

Different inventory/prices from the website
The app is well made and easy to navigate, I was shopping for some gifts for my girlfriend, and I noticed that for some items that had been discounted in the website no longer had a discount on the app. Then when searching for a dress that was on final sale on the website it does not even appear on the app.
Overall I don’t think it’s a huge deal but I was planning to spend a couple hundred dollars and wanted to make the most of it.

Unique/Mix of cute and dark styles.
I ❤️ the Candyland aesthetic ever since 2002 when you can find t-shirts and other items with the design Dolls Kill used in their collaboration! I was so excited when the Candyland collection dropped on my birthday last year (August 14th)! There hasn't been a clothing collaboration before, as far as I know, & Candyland clothing is hard to find. I've shopped with Dolls Kill since around 2014 and love everything I find. Please launch a credit card someday! Thanks for adding a wishlist button ❤️ recently!

Much wanted but needs tweaking
For the longest time I’ve been wanting a Dollskill app because it makes it easier to stay singed in and keep track of things. However my cart will randomly refresh and be fully empty leaving me to hunt down what was in it. Then when paying, I had to change my shipping address around 3 times and kept getting kicked out of that section in the process.
The app is easy to navigate but it’s just hard to actually make sure things are in order to make purchases.

Love DK Hate this app
I’ve loved this brand for a long time and have purchased so many pieces I’ll probably keep forever. I’ve always hated how poorly set up the website is and somehow after waiting for the app for years it’s even worse. You don’t stay logged in ever and you can’t even save/heart anything. If you’re not adding it to your cart you can’t add anything to your wishlist even though I have hundreds of things saved in my wishlist from the website over the years. Why would you allow it to be a feature in your website and not allow the user to have access to any saved pieces in the app???? Makes absolutely no sense and it’s so frustrating. Pleaseeee figure it out it’s almost 2024 there’s no excuse to not have a working app like every other large company. At least make it as bad as the website like what is the point of the app if it’s even worse.

Dollskill is a scam!
Do not buy from this website unless you are ok with carcinogenic products. Products are not real. When you receive goods they won’t look like in the pictures. Also if you don’t like their products they won’t refund your money. They will send you a giftcard and when you order your new product you will have to pay for shipping. And they steal small designers work. I will never use this app or website again.

This App is not great
Don’t get me wrong, it’s easy to navigate, which is why I’m giving two stars and not one. Also I absolutely love dolls kill (even if they’re overpriced sometimes) and the clothing store /misc. store has nothing to do with this review. This is solely based on the App, that’s it.
Anyway, I can’t access my wishlist, I can’t add things to my wishlist. I can’t access my account information and I can’t see if I have store credit. I’m sure there are other things that I can’t do as well on this app. I I feel like this app is only for viewing and buying. That’s it. No window shopping or anything. Which is stupid because window shopping is the best. This app just feels useless, it could be potentially a great app as well. The navigation is great, the layout is great. Etc. but no wishlist and no ability to access my information is a huge deal breaker. Hopefully they fix this in the future.

Why is there no wishlist one the app?😩
My only complaint is there is no wishlist so there is no way for me to save items for later so I can go back & buy them. I have to use the site to search for the items i found on the app and add them to my wishlist there. Aside from that the app works seamlessly.
