Fantastic idea, but needs some work.
Great tool but unreliable. Quite often when clocking in, the timer starts, and appears to be working. But only when I log in from the shop. If I start time or try to switch from job to job, the app opens and says location is disabled and prompts me to open settings and turn on. Yet, it is on. This happens every time I switch tasks from anywhere but the shop. As well it will revert to having not started the timer. So 3-4 hours of my day are not recorded. It makes it very difficult to separate my hours through the day. When at the shop, there is no WiFi, so that cannot be the issue for location. The constant prompting to allow location services is the biggest hassle. I have no choice but to use the app as it is a company requirement, but it does cause a big hassle for payroll department and I cannot accurately log or follow my own time. In order to use this app, I have to keep a pen and paper back up. Kind of negates the point of using the app.

Problems that we don’t like
So the company that I am working for asked us to try this app we have a few things that we dont like about this app one being having to login every time you need to switch jobs or logout that is a pain the other problem is it takes a little longer to pull up then it should

Pretty sweet time tracking/budget planning
I wonder when your going to add an option for: when you clock out, it asks to fill description. You may not want it always but a switch saying yes, ask or to not. And when the geo fence option is used, why doesn't it go to the app when you swipe to open?
Good when it works
When it works, it's great. Never have to worry about it. But for the last few weeks I haven't been able to open the app and it always crashes. Tried uninstalling, updating, all that jazz. No luck. Can't get clocked into work and it's becoming a hassle.

Unusable
App crashed 3 times during signup sometimes in last step. (iPhone 5 recently updated) Had to start over each time on mobile. I quit. One star because something about this made it my first choice even though it's not for construction. I liked the layout and seemed simple enough but I am quite frustrated I cannot use it.

Not great, but good
Can't easily edit past pay period and screen on desktop doesn't show "all" choices when you try to edit settings. Will be great someday but not today. I deleted the app & might try it again in a few months

I have many companies with multiple jobs and locations! This is the only app that I have found that's easy and runs the payroll reports I need!
Love this App
I’ve been using the app for 3 weeks and I love it. We have roughly 10 employees and it’s been not only a time saver but a money maker as we are now able track exactly how many hours are spent on each job. The customer service has been incredibly, very responsive and helpful all in a very timely manner. The GPS reminder notifications need some work but this is minor. I’ve made several suggestions for future features and I feel like they are actually being considered rather than placed in File 13. Recommend this app highly.
