First time and I won
I heard my friend won free tickets to the global citizen festival in NYC this year so I thought I’d give it a try. The app makes it easy for you to earn points and learn at the same time. To my surprise, I won free tickets as well with 32 entries. I’m very happy about this app and it gave me no issues to redeem as well. 5/5 rating.Show lessJennified
Finished all the tasks and actions, rarely any new ones
Once you’ve completed all the tasks and actions, the app is kinda pointless (I still never won, wish they added more tasks daily or gave entered stars back when you don’t win drawings). The social media actions and journeys don’t give stars and I’ve been trying to complete sprints but for some reason when I try to sign the Conan Gray sprint petition it doesn’t let me, it says (302 found). App was great until recent update
Everything was awesome until the last update. Unable to type on any of the “write a message” campaigns or tasks. Every time I click in the text input field I’ll have my keyboard pops up like it should then immediately the keyboard hides and when I try to click to type anything in that text area… it doesn’t work. Tweeting/X and Instagram social media posts don’t go through. Sometimes I can’t return to the global citizen app unless I close it, and when I reopen it, there are no new points counted towards my action. Please fix it!motheresavu
Just trying to participate…
I have had the app for a while, I don’t know what is up but at this point I wanna delete. The issue I’m having is that every time I go to share a tweet of anything, the app says it has timed out. I try to reload the page but it never lets me get my points for the post once it’s made.mangospresley
Disappointed
I’ve been a member since 2015 if I’m not mistaken and was finally only able to win last year. Countless actions made, several entries for rewards. More than 20 entries to see my idol and lost. Just disappointing.psgts_
Barely any rewards anymore
This app is good to educate you on what’s going on in the world and so that you feel like you’re making a difference, but they barely have any rewards anymore. I won a product and claimed it through my email and I never got it. They also only do concerts in one town for each artist now instead of the multiple they used to do. It’s also almost impossible now to win any of the rewards. They need to go back to the abundance of reward options they used to have.Show lessFun123654
