Basis of Tai Chi

These 13 dynamic movement patterns underlie all the Tai Chi postures. The historic TC literature (Tai Chi classics) goes over them repeatedly, but it is hard to understand them through just words. Dr Yang demonstrates them, explains what postures express them, and shows the martial applications using a partner. Great stuff!

Not a favorite

Love many of the apps and the wonderful way movements, weight, postures, breathing, etc are explained. Unfortunately, not in this one. The movements are defined by a narrator as they are simply performed. If you are looking for instruction, it is not in this one.
