Be prepared to login in every 5 seconds
The app is fine for what it needs to do but you literally have to login constantly even if you have facial recognition on. And it’s doesn’t recognise or remember your email or password so you have to fully type both every single damn time. No quick login like on a website where it’ll remember the password. Just frustrating as

Overall Morepork is a very underwhelming experience. I also have a ring which is a much better product. If only Ring would offer their security system in NZ.

This is my favourite app by far. I have complete peace of mind knowing my home is safe and secure.

Overpriced and customer service takes me back to Telecom days. Alarm not loud enough and is not audible outside the house.

Can't do much with this app
I don't think that much of the morepork set up online. The only reason it gets three stars is because I can at least arm and disarm. However I can't change any settings, our alarm activated itself randomly and when I went to enter my master code it said it was invalid on the main system. At least I could turn it off on my phone. But can I set my master code anywhere, no - I think if we finger print Id ourselves to get into the app we should be able to change master code settings.

Easy and awesome
love my Morepork. The app is easy to use and the GeoLocation function is a great reminder when I'm out of the area and have forgotten to arm the system.
