Counterfeit goods and higher than RRP pricing
Have bought several times from Onceit and have found exact goods cheaper direct from standard retailers so do your research on pricing prior to purchase. Have also purchased counterfeit Olaplex which was recalled (badly) with no refund provided. Very disappointed with this online store and will never buy from there again. Buyer beware and please use the Consumer Guarantees Act if you have any issues with them

New update needs reformatting
I absolutely love your website and have been using and recommending Onceit for years! New update on the app needs fixing though. Can’t read the full title or description of products. It kind of wastes time to tap on each link when I’m not sure what is being sold, also looks less professional when every title has “ends” with a “...”

Great app but needs improvement
Usually a great site. However the pictures and descriptions need to be better there is either not enough or not great quality. Also haven’t had any reply’s to a few emails regarding no delivery and also delivers way outside of the estimated delivery times given.
Oops unable to load ‘retry’
Have lost count of the times I get this message when trying to get into the app. Have uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times.
About the only time I seem to get access is 11pm or there abouts!

FAVE shopping app!!
I love shopping on Onceit so much - the app is super easy to use and navigate. I probably buy off it once a week or so while I’m on the train in the morning. Love you Onceit!
Slow unresponsive app
Unfortunately I continue to get ‘Unable to load, retry’ error messages, and app takes a while to also load when you open it.
App doesn’t recognise that I’m Australia based, currency remains only in NZD.
The deals are not very appealing, prices are not very competitive.
Have deleted and reinstalled the app, please fix this!

Great service! Very happy.
I used the app to make an account, order socks and only needed to wait one working day to get them.
Only thing that was a bit funny was that after I made an account there was no confirmation screen and it was asking me to finish making my account while showing pages of item to purchase. Was confusing but after I reloaded the app and logged in it was completely sweet!

Annoying
When going to the checkout screen, I put all my details in but there is no spot to add in my banking details - so the page keeps refreshing? This has happened a few times and it's not like I'm taking ages to enter my name and address etc 👎🏼 disappointing when I want to buy goodies!
Probably the best shopping app I've used so far
Very user friendly, fast and easy to navigate. Only glitch is updating sold out items. Some don't say sold out until you click on the item but won't let you choose options to buy...otherwise pretty good app. About time!
