In a pinch?
Had a document that was due at the day, printed it, signed it, tried to scan it but wouldn’t work, with minutes left I remembered the My Scans app on my phone, click, adjust and send. Done! Why do I need a scanner???
Don’t buy!
I bought the Pro version- worked really well for over a year. Then stopped. It has a ton of legal documents on it and I’m panicked about losing it. I downloaded the ‘Free version’ and now both won’t email any of my scanned & saved documents. How do you get ahold of these people!?

Inaccessibility to Voiceover makes This Great App Virtually Unusable to Me.
This app used to be extremely helpful up until I started needing to use voiceover. Now I can barely do anything. If developers could take the time to work on this app’s accessibility it would make a big difference. Currently it is almost impossible to send documents or search for what I already have, and even though the documents are in PDF format, they have not gone through OCR so the text cannot be read out to me, which makes things very difficult.

Never received credit for fax pages I purchased
Gave this app a try so I could fax a document. Paid for 10 fax pages at $8.99. The payment cleared my account instantly. However I have never received credit for my pages and have never been able to fax. It just keeps giving me the option to purchase more pages. Really?! And no option for customer service or help to fix the situation. Avoid this app at all cost in my opinion

DANGER
There is no way to cancel this subscription. I want to cancel. Please can Apple ensure that this is made possible as I am 81 years old and can no longer afford or need this App. The seller of this App is being unlawful in not easily allowing someone to cancel their subscription. Please respond. I am anxious about this because it says it will automatically renew on 15th May.

My Scans iOS App works great
I’ve been using this app for over two years now, scanning a myriad of pictures, single & multi-page documents, forms and cards of all sizes & it has worked nearly flawlessly with very high quality results. Has a rich feature set and user friendly interface. Would highly recommend.

Would have been 5 stars. Reset my phone and paid subscription doesn’t transfer after reset. Submitted a ticket about this and support desk not very helpful. Still wants me to subscribe.
