Buggy app

App will randomly crash. Sometimes work is saved, sometimes work is t saved. The last crash, I got logged out and now the won’t recognize my user name and password word. I am two hours from my office, hope I can recover my work, for I will have lost at least a day, that is if I can get back into my account t. If I can not, I will have lost three weeks of work.

Good app, but too many glitches

This app is a great idea and can be SO helpful in the field, but there’s so many glitches you can’t rely on it.

Continual crashes

App no longer loading correctly. Tried logging in 10 times with app crashing each time it tried to collect a survey to be completed. I have deleted and redownloaded the app twice but same glitch still happening. Unworkable at present. So I am unable to submit and work.

Riddled with bugs

It’s better than paper, but they really need to hire a few more developers because this app doesn’t work very well. My hypothesis is that ESRI has a monopoly and doesn’t have to care about quality as much as they should.

Bug in Feb 24 2021 update!

We have fields calculating numbers from an external csv. This newest updates no longer functions properly. I cannot tell if it is a calculation issue or the external csv issue, but it works fine on the previous version

Keyboard

The app works well overall. BUT, needs an update and improvement for the ending of the survey. What i mean is when users are using the keyboard to enter in a field, when they scroll down the checkmark is not available. They have to try and “push” keyboard down and away to allow check mark to appear. Very clunky, checkmark should always be a banner on the bottom. Also, the checkmark should be changed to a submit button, mostly for the older generations that cant see the check mark easily.

Not Working with I-phone

This app is not working. When refresh was selected it shutdown and all data was lost.

Issues with attaching photos

I have tried configuring the form multiple ways including just using the image sample and I can not get photos I have take to attach to the form. I can add files or take new photos but it doesn’t like browse and add the photos I have already taken. This is a big problem.
