Doesn't affect cats or dogs
I wanted to use this to get cats to go away out front. So I tested it with my cat. She happily slept with it a foot away for 15 minutes. And just tested it with my cat awake. It doesn't phase her at all. Doesn't even notice. My ears, however, hurt from it.
