Too slow to be helpful

This app should not be allowed on the App Store.
Typical cheap app
This is as painful as calling crew scheduling. Slow to logon, slow to open links, only provides hotel info for scheduled trips and not reserves. Better off sitting on hold for 30 mins.
Great app ( with one big issue)

There doesn’t seem to be anywhere to directly leave feedback about the app so I guess it’ll have to go in this review.
Crew Connex is great. Bar none and top marks all around. However, and I’m sure the designers probably made this feature with the best of intent, but in the information page, there is a screen-wide dead centre ‘Cancel this reservation’ button.
It is farrrrr too easy when crew are tired or rushed to accidentally hit this and inadvertently cancel their hotel.
Could you please put this somewhere else on the screen and make it much smaller so it isn’t where one’s finger automatically lands?
I personally have accidentally cancelled two of my reservations because of this & I’m pretty certain there must be many other crew members with the same experience.
Otherwise? The app is awesome, 5 stars!

No Way to Sign Up
This app is so bad there is not even an option to sign up for an account. There is no way to proceed forward. Instant delete.
Soul Draining
Forced to use this app. It is cumbersome and slow.

Terrible navigation
This app is junk. It is terribly slow. The on boarding process isn’t seamless. While using the app, some buttons aren’t clear and pressing them takes me back to a screen that I can’t recover from and have to force close the app. The system background of the app is the wrong color and I can’t see my phone status bar. As a fellow developer myself, this app is just sad coming from a large company.
