I downloaded this app for my son and I’m doing the 7 day free trial but the games aren’t unlocked. It says to play I have to subscribe. Why does this app say 7 days free but my son can’t play? $7 or $8 to play?! Zero stars from me.#ohmygodthesecramps

Can’t get passed set up

Won’t let me log in after purchase
Purchased through my iTunes account yet the app has no idea I am a subscriber. Still locked out. Gives me trial account status which means most of the app is locked. What’s up with that? Contacted support and all they said was looks like you only signed in for the trial. Funny, I paid for the year already. Not a good start.Show lessPhilsterFolsom

Is there any chance you signed up with a different email? If you email in to hello@curiousworld.com, we'll be more than happy to check any email addresses you can think of. If we can't find your subscriber account, please send us a screenshot of your App Store receipt and we will apply the subscription manually.Doesn’t work
