The app has been broken for months
The app is unusable, DBX does not seem to care. I wonder if they are going out of business. The VENU360 is a nice piece of kit, unfortunately it can’t be used with Apple products. I can’t believe that Harmon lets this go.Marblemount Mike

Software does not work on newer iPad
I have IOS16 and this app does not work. I do have an older iPad with older IOS and the app works flawless on older iPad. Hopefully they will update the app to work on newer IOS iPads. Also, a phone app would be useful but currently the app can only be downloaded on an iPad.Want outlook

I’m so glad that Harman has gone wokey and “sustainable,” but sad to say, my $1,100 VENU360 is unsustainable and going in the dumpster. Maybe Harman should re-prioritize and fulfill your obligations to your customers and sustain your software! Im done!farrpa
