So frustrating
Every time I try to use one of the coffee profilers I have to log in. I also noticed in my many sign-ins that there is no “Forgot password” link. Shouldn’t be this hard to use an app.pablos sanchez
Really bad app. Useless.
I like the scale, but I think I am paying more for this scale because the app. However the app doesn’t work. Can’t scan the food. I am returning it back to Amazon.just black and blue
Disappointed with Talking Scale Feature
I was so excited to find a scale, with an app that had a talking audible feature. The talking user interface works, but the weighing of food items is useless. I've set the weight measurement correctly, the scale is fully charged, but when I go to weigh something, it just jumps around and then states that the food item is over the weight limit. Useless scale for me, as well as a waste of money. Now, I'll need to go back to searching for a more reliable tool.Show lessNoSeeMa

Hi, There are two covers on the Smart Chef Scale: a larger one covering the entire scale and a smaller one covering the weighing platform. Please make sure that you remove the smaller cover to prevent reading issues. Also we have two models: 500g and 3000g capacity. You may have purchased the 500g model with 0.01g precision.
