Hello, Thanks for your feedback. We are constantly testing the app on various devices and it still works flawlessly. Could you please try it again with a new video that you recorded using the default iOS camera app and try to compress it right away? We are convinced that this should still work. If not could you please provide us with more details such as the file type, size, duration, resolutions and frames per second of the video you are trying to compress? Has the videos been recorded with the original iOS camera app or do they come from another source or have they been edited in any way before compression? In some very rare cases this might be the reason. Also, make sure to allow access to all photos for our app in the iOS settings to ensure it functions properly.

Cancelling my subscription

Hello, thank you so much for using the app and supporting it with your subscription. If you don't need the subscription anymore you can easily cancel the subscription anytime exactly like any other subscription that you purchased with your Apple account: Open the iOS Settings app on your device > Tap your name > Tap Subscriptions > Tap the subscription > Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.
