Sync fails regularly
This app is required for interface to sonicboom health app for my company’s wellness program. It is easier to log manually than spend the time repeatedly to get this to work. It is obviously not being updated and has never worked. Worthless time waster.
Needs help
This app doesn’t work well at all. Slow laggy, doesn’t sync data. It ridiculous considering there are so many apps that depend on this as a link. What’s the deal! Fix this!!

Not sure why everyone else was having issues, but this app works well for me and integrates with my employer’s health tracking program. Very happy with the results so far and the data feed has been accurate. Although, I need to open the app for my data to get uploaded. Would be nice if this was done periodically on its own.

Awful
Won’t such with ANY devices or apps. Crashes constantly, no back buttons and usually leaves you on a 400 error page. Absolute garbage.

I have tried numerous of times to sync info for wellness program at my work but does not work. Tried to contact support but not successful.
Poorly functioning app with big sponsors..
Occasionally it won't log in. When it does login, it goes through the motions of syncing data but nothing ever makes it through. That's using Fitbit, Apple Watch, and Apple Health. I've only ever seen something show up on my sync timeline once in dozens of attempts and the next time I tried to sync the data in the timeline disappeared. Tried to use this app for the wellness program at my job but it's utterly useless. How can an app with so many big companies pushing it/endorsing it function so poorly?

Terrible - Doesn’t work AT ALL
I’d rate this app lower if I could. It is supposed to work with Apple Watch and iPhone but it never syncs correctly, if at all. It’s frustrating because I need to log my steps for my health insurance at my employer. If I had to give this app a letter grade it would be F minus.
Does not sync all the time
Only syncs 2 out of 7 days a week, completely broken.
Not functional most of the time
I am supposed to use this app to sync workouts for my wellness program at work. The app doesn’t work most of the time and I end up losing out on matching funds my employer offers toward HSA. I’ve lost out on hundreds of dollars of HSA contributions due to this app.
Kilometers?
The app does what I need it to do but why is it in kilometers??? Why not miles??
