Nothing Works
Starting at logging in or signing up, the input fields aren’t ’touchable’ - it’s a smartphone app!
The shop button doesn’t bring anything up.
The tickets button kicks you out to TicketMaster which is fine but somehow it can’t show all my tickets. Just some that were purchased through the storm app, not the other ones purchased directly in the TicketMaster app itself. And vice versa which might be a TicketMaster problem but this is 2024 so issues like this should have been easily resolved last decade.
I thought maybe I used using it wrong so I clicked the tutorial button and got a 404 error that the page doesn’t exist. So I don’t think it’s me.
Why bother with this at all? It really says to fans “don’t bother because we can’t be bothered”. Not great messaging.Show lessKungfumunky

Trying to access my account within the app, I keep getting a message saying ticketmaster thinks I’m a bot. Hope I can get in the game but not sure how, as I can’t access my season ticket in the app. I’m excited about the new season in a new arena, but this doesn’t reflect well on the Storm and dims the excitement.Show lessq101abracadabraztwothree
