Don’t waste your time.
You will never get on the phone with them. They say their wait time is approximately one minute, but will have you waiting over an hour just to hang up. Some of my medication’s are expensive and I purchased them believing partner pharmacies had them, and the pharmacy I went to told me they haven’t had that medication in a while and it’s on back order that they still haven’t received in two months, so why would you send me to a pharmacy that doesn’t have that many at least you could’ve told me they were out of stock.
Still haven’t received my refund for the medication I couldn’t get.

Spammy scammers
My doctor sent a prescription to this company and here’s why that was a problem.
1) they tried to default my prescription to auto refill when I was told that I would only need to take the prescription for 5 weeks. Not the 52 refills (that’s 4.5 years) they were trying to sign me up for. This sent up red flags for me to dig deeper before giving them a debit or credit card.
2) their online reviews are abysmal. WAY too many people having to cancel credit cards and do chargebacks in order to get them to stop charging them or sending them prescriptions they tried to cancel. Just google them and check BBB.
3) I could not get the prescription transferred to my local pharmacy. They did not recognize this company as a pharmacy to transfer the prescription from. (So I was stuck doing some research and finding out what I had been prescribed was also available as a much cheaper OTC.)
4) this would not have been a cost savings for me. 3 months supply OTC (still more than I needed) for $30 or a $50 charge per month from this company.
5) worst part? They’re now spamming me. I now get emails AND texts from them saying:
“Your V**** perscription is available”
The name of my prescription was 8 characters long and not 5. They are implying I have something ready that isn’t even my prescription.
Think twice and use a credit card you can cancel if you use this company for anything.

Nothing spectacular
The app is too basic, and it’s the same exact thing as a Blink Rx app. It would be a whole lot better if you could track your order. The order tab just shows the meds you bought and the price. If you guys add a tracking system within the app to track the orders, that would be better
Unusable: Error Messages and Unresponsive Screens
I just downloaded this on my new iPhone 13, that has the most updated sw and also ran a speed test to make sure it wasn’t my issue while the app just kept spinning trying to match a medication I entered. Closed out of the app and was able to enter it, then tried to enter another one and hit search to find it. Nothing. Not even the swirling circle to make me think it could be doing something. Closed app again and same result. Also kept getting error messages, which I was able to get around so wouldn’t have been a big deal. But for me, the app is unusable. Bummer.

Forget about Nurx & Pill Club!
I’ve been scouring the internet for two hours trying to find a birth control website that was quick and affordable for prescriptions and deliveries. I had just about the same luck with all of them; the initial consultation & prescriptions came out to $60 on every one of them, and most of the widely known birth control websites will turn you down for any medical condition out of the ordinary (pill club denied me for having Hepatitis C). The others I tried were GoodRX and Nurx who decided ultimately what I should take (due to my Hypertension) and denied me when I specifically requested the birth control I felt worked best for me. Blink actually ASKED if I had been on this medication before and what my preference was. Plus for initially signing up, my medication and delivery was only $5! So far, on such short notice and a tight budget I am VERY IMPRESSED.

Costs
Tbh just pay for your first script with blink and you get a lot of refills after that. Use one of those generic percription savings cards and just fill the script refills with cash and use the script card not thru blink just the pharmacy. My boyfriends script cost 38 with blink I just take the refills and fill them withou blink and use the pharmacy script savings card it only cost 17$

Must go to doctor
This is very misleading. Trying to get a birth control I’ve already been prescribed. But I have to have been to a doctor or go to a doctor and have proof of my blood pressure. All blood pressure machines are closed due to COVID so I’m told to go to a fire station. So I do that. The firefighters/paramedics take my BP and tell me it’s perfect. But the app “doctor” asks if I was nervous because my heart rate was high. I said “yes you made me go sit in the back of an ambulance with four firefighters starring at me while I get by blood pressure taken. They said it was in the normal range” however the app “doctor” said I needed to go back and be more calm. What a waste of money. Also it automatically signs you up for a recurring subscription in the fine print. Might as well risk going to the doctor right now.

Absolutely A Joke
Went through the tela health process and received RX from Dr for 20 tablets and only 10 was filled . Contacted customer service and they never responded back. Got email update that order has shipped but USPS is saying they are still waiting to receive shipment and that was 4 days ago. I got 11 refills and can’t imagine how long it will take to receive them. I have used HEY Doctor app in past with great customer service and received meds super fast. Maybe I need to go back to them as Blink seems to take your money and then take there time to get your meds to u.

Above and Beyond
I am NOT exaggerating when I say Blink Health SAVES LIVES! When I did not have insurance it was the only reason I could afford my medications and even with the good insurance I have now, I always double check because sometimes Blink is still cheaper. Also the ONE SINGLE time I have had an issue over the past 4 years (pharmacy’s fault not blinks) they called the pharmacy and fixed it IN MINUTES and called me back!

“Participating pharmacy’s”
I never had trouble with this app until recently, I feel something has changed. I had purchased my medication through the app and brought my prescription to three separate pharmacy’s. Two had no idea what blink was and couldn’t figure out how to process it and turned me away, not necessarily the apps fault but in no way convenient enough to use it again. The third pharmacy’s is the one that bothered me and is cause for this review. The pharmacy’s manager had stated that they had never signed up for blink and would never except it because they loose money doing so. I had contacted Blink support and they had no idea why they wouldn’t take it and recommended trying another “Participating pharmacy” eventually with much time waisted I requested a refund rather track down a pharmacy that was actually participating and knew about it.
