Game changer
The only low point is the app itself is not the most user friendly, but it’s good enough for now.
Run Away
I had been receiving my medicine and then the last order never arrived. When
I called and spoke with Andrew, he said he had no idea why I hadn’t receive my medicine and that I needed to speak with a special department. What? After being on hold for almost 30 minutes no one answered. I called back and a woman told me the same thing and she disconnected me. I called back and spoke with Eric, who said it would take 24 hours for a return call as no one was available to take my call. I still called back and Andrew this time said the post office didn’t deliver my meds and I should call them as to why. Total nonsense as I receive all my mail unless they addressed it wrong. Why didn’t they call to tell me or why don’t they call the lost office. I asked being days behind on my medicine could I pick up at a pharmacy. Andrew said I would need to wait the requisite 24 hours and ask them. Well, it’s been 24 hours and not a word. Shame on them and never again.

Thanks for sharing - so happy to help you out when you needed it!
Very affordable
My prescriptions were lost in the mail and Blink said “Too Bad”
These are MUCH NEEDED medications and it is an emergency for me to not have them and Blink offered no assistance when the shipping method they chose failed. Beware if you actually need your medications; you may not get them if you order home delivery and Blink will not help.

Hello Chelsea - I want to deeply apologize for your experience with Blink home delivery. We understand how important your medications are and take this feedback very seriously. This sounds very stressful and is certainly not the experience we intend for any of our users to have. We want to do all we can to make sure this issue does not happen again. Can you please give us a call at (844) 366-2211? We want to make sure we understand what happened, and work with you to resolve the matter.
Cool but..
If you have any kind of prescription drug co-pay on your current insurance plan then Blink is likely going to end up being more expensive and less convenient.
If you’re paying cash or HSA for your prescription drugs currently or don’t have any kind of insurance, you might find that you can save a few $ with this
