Blink Health Lowest Rx Prices User Reviews

Game changer

Blink health is a logical step forward in medicine. They offer online doctor appointments for some conditions that it would be silly to have to go to a doctor for. Then The prices for a home delivery prescription are way cheaper than if I went to the pharmacy. There’s no comparison.
The only low point is the app itself is not the most user friendly, but it’s good enough for now.

Run Away

If you need medicine this is not the place.
I had been receiving my medicine and then the last order never arrived. When
I called and spoke with Andrew, he said he had no idea why I hadn’t receive my medicine and that I needed to speak with a special department. What? After being on hold for almost 30 minutes no one answered. I called back and a woman told me the same thing and she disconnected me. I called back and spoke with Eric, who said it would take 24 hours for a return call as no one was available to take my call. I still called back and Andrew this time said the post office didn’t deliver my meds and I should call them as to why. Total nonsense as I receive all my mail unless they addressed it wrong. Why didn’t they call to tell me or why don’t they call the lost office. I asked being days behind on my medicine could I pick up at a pharmacy. Andrew said I would need to wait the requisite 24 hours and ask them. Well, it’s been 24 hours and not a word. Shame on them and never again.

Simply Amazing

I was a bit skeptical about this service. I mean the savings offered was far far below my prescription. It was a Saturday and I was heading out of town when I realized I was out of my meds. I would have waited until Monday to have the pharmacy call my doctor to get it refilled. Oh and this med isn’t covered by my insurance so the price is over the moon! I downloaded the Blink Health app and found my medication. Answered some questions for an online doctor to read. They had some follow up questions which I answered and they replied with their approval. In a matter of a couple of hours I had my meds and for less than 35 bucks! The meds were sent to a participating pharmacy in their network. So I know the medication was legitimate. No junk from out of the country! If you want to save money use this service. It’s a life saver!

Thanks for sharing - so happy to help you out when you needed it!

Very affordable

I always get my medication at Walgreens and never had an issue. Sometimes the price was affordable and sometimes a little on the expensive side but still doable. Well this time it was on the EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE SIDE and I began my research. I came across Blink and not just affordable for the same medication but even extremely affordable for the generic version and I opted for the generic. I would Definitely recommend Blink Health to all.

My prescriptions were lost in the mail and Blink said “Too Bad”

I switched my prescription over to Blink Home Delivery to save some money, and my FIRST delivery said it was delivered, but it wasn’t. USPS was no help, and Blink would not help me either; just telling me to file a claim with USPS. USPS said they had no idea where my mail was delivered and had me file a missing mail claim that they said could take up to 60 days and was very unlikely to actually find my mail.

These are MUCH NEEDED medications and it is an emergency for me to not have them and Blink offered no assistance when the shipping method they chose failed. Beware if you actually need your medications; you may not get them if you order home delivery and Blink will not help.

Hello Chelsea - I want to deeply apologize for your experience with Blink home delivery. We understand how important your medications are and take this feedback very seriously. This sounds very stressful and is certainly not the experience we intend for any of our users to have. We want to do all we can to make sure this issue does not happen again. Can you please give us a call at (844) 366-2211? We want to make sure we understand what happened, and work with you to resolve the matter.

Cool but..

I liked the app and the idea of having my medications all together in one account, shipped to my house when I need them. I signed up for this reason alone, but was immediately turned off when I realized that Blink doesn’t accept any prescription drug coverage from your insurance company. So essentially, they’re just an app that identifies (out of their relatively small pharmacy network) where your prescription is the ‘best deal’, throw on a few extra $ for themselves, then bill you BEFORE you go to the pharmacy to even get it.
If you have any kind of prescription drug co-pay on your current insurance plan then Blink is likely going to end up being more expensive and less convenient.
If you’re paying cash or HSA for your prescription drugs currently or don’t have any kind of insurance, you might find that you can save a few $ with this

It helps sometimes

I used to love Blink, and it saved me close to $100/month on prescriptions. But the cost of my prescription has gone down at my local pharmacy, and Blink is now more expensive than the current cash option price. On the flip side, Good Rx has started getting better. My prescription used to cost more through Good Rx vs Blink, but currently I can use them to get a $60 discount off a price that is still cheaper than the Blink price. So definitely check around with different apps/discounts, and see which ones work best for your situation.

Billed random pharmacy?!

I recently paid for a prescription with Blink, and they sent it to a pharmacy I have not used for months. I don’t understand how that is even possible without my permission. It clearly states on the website refills must be requested yourself and you must show the pharmacist your Blink card. It doesn’t say anything about possibly billing a random pharmacy. I called Blink when my prescription was denied and was offered no help or apology. I spent a lot of money on this, and now I am forced to spend half my day driving to different stores and trying to figure this out. I don’t recommend using this service for medication you really need.

All they need is a cape ( Prescription Super Hero)

My generic prescription more than tripled in price without explanation! Then, I come to find out that my off brand insurance will only cover 7 generic prescriptions per year, so with this being my eight refill, I was on my own. Thankfully I did some research and came across Blink. Not only did they fill my prescription for 7.15, which is less than the 8.00 I was paying with the off brand insurance. The process was so easy. I just paid online. Called the pharmacy in their network to have my prescription transferred from Walmart’s pharmacy, and then went to pick it up after showing my digital insurance card. I was very impressed with this company and most impressed with their prescription prices and savings that they offered. I would recommend calling a prospective pharmacy in their network first, to make sure they know how to process blink orders, because the first pharmacy I chose to fill my prescription said they didn’t have a clue how to fill a blink prescription. The lady I spoke with said she was waiting on a blink rep to call them back, because to her knowledge their pharmacy didn’t have a contract with Blink. Nevertheless, I highly recommend Blink, and I’m glad there is a company out their who is fighting to combat these absurdly high prescription costs and price hikes!

TOTAL LIFE SAVER!

Blink Health has saved me and my family hundreds of dollars on prescriptions easily!! Customer service is great! The only negative (if you can really call it that) thing I’ve seen is that a friend of mine, when he refers people, they get $30 off (though it says “your friend will receive $15 off and you will receive a $15 credit).. also, I understand that there have to be rules, but say you’ve referred several people and have like $45 in referral credits, you can’t use all of it on one prescription. You can only use $15 at once. But still, it’s a been such a blessing! Customer service is always great! Highly recommended!!
