The wait time

Paid for boosters and did not receive
This has happened numerous times and I have talked to the developers and they say to contact them with the package that I bought and they will reimburse. I have done this and then still not received the package. I ordered and paid for. I have invested a lot of time and money and have enjoyed the game until this started happening. I can only assume they don’t want me to play anymore. Very very frustrating. Not good business either. I’ve also read that negative reviews I deleted. Very bad business.

Where’s my boosters I purchased?
I love this game but I have purchase 4 times a boosters are $3.99 each and it says my purchase was successful then it just spins saying processing in circles and I eventually have to soft reset to get to play the game - I want either my money refunded or my boosters and stars I purchased - i’d rather have my boosters other than that I love playing the game.
This is another time I purchased some booster one time and you charged me for it again but the thing just spins and says processing for ever won’t give me my boosters that I bought and paid for this has happened a total of 5 times now I’m not buying again everShow lessmimimckibben

Change the daily reward to having to watch an ad to get it, there are enough ads already! It was better to just get one daily reward with option to watch a video to earn a second. Updates also took it from 5 extra chance to 1 and now none!!!! Also getting 6 of the same color in a row and that color is all the way at the top, so when and if you get there that color bubble is spent! Game play format
Quit playing. When they advertise the game they show multiple levels with different creative graphics some seasonal, however when you download the game it is entirely different from the advertised game.
I thought maybe I was not at a high enough level for the graphics to change but after 1500 plus levels there was nothing different. I was on level 1520 when I finally stopped playing because it was the same old boring format level after level. Nothing to keep me interested. No challenge.Show lessrpresti
You need cash to play
They remove your rating if it’s not 5 star. This was a decent game until you get into the higher levels (I.e., you’re hooked)…then you either get bubbles colors that aren’t remotely what you need, or they give you a ridiculously low amount of bubbles…making it impossible to complete that level. Sorry, I spent enough money on your game. No, I won’t change my review, unless my luck changes! It’s NOT random the color bubbles you get, it’s rigged.Show lessDeli098

This used to be fun to play. But then they started putting ads from "Outbrain" on the game. The X comes up and it doesn’t close the window. It takes you to questionable dangerous click bait ads. Pleas don’t download this game. I know they need ads to keep the app up to date. But not at the expense of the users! 🤬🤬🤬Show lessTheEvilM

5 stars for a game that is not interrupted by commercials every few plays. Games with ads every 3-4 screens, for me, is unacceptable, therefore I delete the app. I have deleted 2 games that I tried to enjoy, but for frequent ads, I can’t enjoy with “buy this…buy that”. No thank you!LadyJain27
Can’t replay a level
I’m just starting & really like this game but I’m on level 177. When I lose I don’t have the option to replay the level. If I don’t activate I have to completely get out of game & go back in to replay the level. What am I doing wrong?Skim lizard <3
