Horrendous app, last update 5 years ago
This app is easily the worst on my iPhone. It hasn’t been updated in 5 years and it looks and operates like it. It needs a MAJOR app upgrade. Members pay a lot of money to the gym per month and deserve a much better app experience than this current app. Please prioritize a complete rebuild of this app for native iOS.

App keeps freezing
This app constantly keeps freezing, and says “loading” without you being able to get into anything except your account number.
