Customer service equals poor care
Since you implemented the new policy of not allowing patients to get through to a nurse at the doctors office, it has created situations for very poor care. Such a situation is cost me a lot in pain and hassle to try to get a good doctor to handle my situation. Your policy of a handling this like a business instead of like a medical practice is ruining Duly Healthcare. You have a lot of good doctors who want to do their job but stay in the way of them doing it. I moved my cardio over to Northwestern. I have moved my endocrinologist over to Northwestern. My nephrologist is with nephrology associates now. I am looking to move my GIC over there to Northwestern as well because your doctors don’t do anything with the Gastro area except give endoscopies and colonoscopies and hand out MiraLAX, you have good cardio doctors and you have good primary doctors, but they can’t do their job anyway because your policy is getting the way
