Lacks Logical Sequences
The Face ID didn’t always work well, because I still had to enter my password. But I’m delighted that now it actually recognizes me and I no longer have to do that, also enter the password (I did not need to enter the login ID).
I would like to delete the other healthcare provider and only keep Northwestern, I have no idea how to do it.
There’s so many more things that I can only outline if I pay attention as I try to perform some task on the app. I might do that, might.
Finding the logout button is also very difficult and when I do find it, I don’t even remember how I got there.
Actually, I find the episode logical that rarely do I remember how I got to where I got and it takes quite a long time and lots of experimenting.
I’ve been using computers since Apple built the Lisa in the mid-80s. I’m not fearful of technology and some apps are brilliantly designed, like the United app, or American Express app, but when it gets to this one, I apologize ahead of time for my rating, this one needs to be configured much better, much more logically.
Thank you for reading. Good luck.
MyNM
I never would have done this if I was in the middle of printing my test results and my NM stopped me cold. I called a Helpline person and they could not get on the new system through app until I was told to ask a younger person in my house or where I lived. Then said he was covering but really worked downtown. He was clearly frustrated when the new app would not come up then hung up as soon as he did that the new app from, App Store appeared in three places. This is the first time I’ve tried it and I am very apprehensive about the information I have put in.
You had ONE job.
Sure, there’s a button to “Schedule” on your favorited physicians page, but it takes you right back to the generic scheduling page WITHOUT passing any of your chosen provider’s info. This app EXCELS at running you in circles. “Oh, I must have to select my doctor first, right?” No. “Oh, what if I request via chat?” You can’t. And chats EXPIRE so forget about piggybacking onto the chat from a prior visit. “What am I doing wrong?!” Nothing, the app design team wants you in circles until you give up and call anyway, so don’t bother downloading it.
(This is me being polite.)
