It works and does what you expect
See your appointments, schedule new ones, see past visits and prescriptions, pay your bills. It does everything you’d expect, and works well enough.
I don’t like the chat assistant “Elenor.” I don’t like that it’s always in the corner, floating above buttons and links. It sometimes obscures part of the interface and makes it hard to use. You can dismiss it, but it just comes back the next time you open the app. I wish there was a way to permanently turn it off.
