AI slop app
This was part of my company’s benefit. It was position as Health management care, having bait and switch a lot of employee promising glp1 assistance. But it was not. I would focus on the app. First, the care plan are no where but a bunch of AI slop. The information or learning module is not customized but generic AI slop. It doesn’t provide any helpful insights. The app is clunky to use. When I update my profile or even upload picture of insurance, it will not show you what’s happening and keep on lagging. I have to do it via laptop just to setup my profile. Also when they want you to do a task like scheduling a test it will not load properly. Again I have to use the website instead of app. I also noticed that the app might be tracking me as every portion seem to connect to a different site my ad blocker is alarming this app. The chat is unusable and will only show blank screen. Again I have to go to the website on my laptop to chat. I’m general, the app doesn’t function well that I have to use the web version. Now as for the service, I don’t think it’s worth it or valuable even if the Insurance or the company is covering it. Such a waste of time.

So far so good
My insurance requires me to use this app now for my Zepbound. So far it’s going well. They sent me a scale and tape measurer. That was cool. My questions are being answered in a timely manner. My 1st prescription was ordered and filled as expected through mg local pharmacy. I’m completely the modules and I was able to set an appt with my coach. My goal is to request a dose increase at my next refill. I know if I’m fully satisfied after the request.
Con: I did get the spinning after changing my password. I had to remove and reinstall the app. After that it worked fine.

Not Reliable
The prescriptions may or may not actually make it to your pharmacy. The AI assistant is useless. It takes days to get a response from a real person. A person is not assigned to help you specifically. It will always be some random person who doesn’t know you, your situation, or your issue. If at all possible, go a different route.

Horrible
This company is invasive and disrupts the relationship patients already have with their actual healthcare providers. outdated and inaccurate information, triggering language and practices.
Misguided reviews
You continue to use your doctor and your pharmacy. The only prescriptions they are controlling are the high priced diet medication. The App is to set you up for success so the money spent wasn’t wasted. And the weight loss is maintained. I have had issues continuing on any medication that I have been prescribed by my doctor. I continue to see my regular doctors. I have coaching sessions and use the information on the site for healthy guidance and it has been working very well.

Worst app ever
Sorry to anyone having to use it
Awful
I cannot believe my health insurance money is paying this awful service. Horrible customer support, confusing onboarding, recipe suggestions look like someone with a tortilla addiction and zero cooking or photography skills.
Gatekeeper to life saving medication
Their job is to prevent you to getting to your meds by all means possible including gaslighting and not responding to your messages. Its all BS meant to derail you and hopefully u give up. I am on month 3 and still cant get a prescription.
Terrible Experience
I cannot recommend this app at all. Every time I try to log in, it just shows a spinning wheel and never loads. It’s completely unusable.
I also tried reaching out to customer support and tech support multiple times, on different days and at different times, but no one ever answered. When I finally did get through, the staff seemed unfamiliar with the app and were of no help at all.
The company clearly lacks proper support, and the app itself doesn’t work. Extremely frustrating and disappointing

THIS APP AND COMPANY ARE UNSAFE; Will not respond when I repeatedly ask for help.
This must be a scam, set up for employers by the Pharmaceutical Benefits Companies to ration treatment and reduce costs.
My PBC will not allow medication to be prescribed without going through this gatekeeper. Only a YEAR after I was forced to engage with 9amHealth did they admit that I can go to any “… formal weight loss doctor or clinic,” and still receive my medication.
Sure, their doctors are happy to rubber-stamp scrips like a paper mill.
However, I need them to fill-out a simple government-required dialoguing my treatment, which is required by the FAA to hold a Pilot’s License.
It has been weeks, and they continue to ignore my repeated requests for help or assistance.
There is NO toll-free number, or way to escalate any health concerns if they do not respond.

Terrible service
One of the worst healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. Employer requires we use them for GLP-1 prescriptions. If you like terrible service and an even worse customer experience this is your online health provider. If your benefit require you to use them good luck.
Yikes
Avoid. Good luck getting any customer service. They are a 3rd party cash grab operation to milk insurance. Great if they can just plug into your provider and collect, but if they need to engage & work through complications, forget hearing back from them. If you’re getting this free from your employer it’s fine but DO NOT pay them out of pocket under any circumstances.

What a scam
This whole thing usurps your relationship with your local doctor to give pharmacy benefit managers more control over your health.
They know nothing about you, yet control access to your healthcare.
They also have requirements (hoops to jump through) in your day to day life to control if you get your medication next month. Dystopian.
There is constantly a message that says that responses are taking longer than usual. If it’s ALWAYS like this it is the usual. On average it’s 2-3 days to get an outsourced response that just acknowledges that you sent a message and then a few more days or more messages from you to get any sort of follow up..
The whole thing is a huge waste of time and gives companies shocking access to control if you get your needed medication or not.

No notifications
This app doesn’t allow for push notifications. Several times I’ve almost been removed from my health programs due to my lack of response.
I would login more if I knew my care team was sending me messages

App and service is no good
This app is not great. More than that, the service through 9amHealth and their responsiveness is not good. Left me frustrated.
Horrible communication
My health insurance company requires me to use this to get my prescription. In seven days I've been asking a simple question of what's needed, I keep getting generic response after generic response. Absolute horrible company to deal with.
Insurance Covered
I am so thankful to this company. My insurance covers the membership thankfully, but my overall health has improved since using them. The app is super easy and convenient to use as well.
Waste of time. You are not required to use this app for your PBC
There’s leas value in this app than sitting just once with a clinical professional and reading a faded copy of a pamphlet from 15 years ago.
They make a user jump though preposterous hoops, clicking through a few slides full of generalized banality, passing knowledge with zero subsequent reinforcement or even a hint of genuine intent to truly educate or engage with the user.
Who knows what the actual intent is, but the real experience is that one must jump though meaningless hoops by clicking through slides (it takes 30 min to do so) and perhaps answer a question that nobody ever reads. Then they make you wait 7 days to get through the next 30-second-long module.
If your PBC is requiring you to use this app as a gateway to getting subsidized access to medication, even if your doctor has already prescribed it… don’t be surprised. The company is clearly being paid to delay provisioning of expensive drugs as long as possible, under the guise of trying to help the patient in an effort to evade regulatory scrutiny, most likely.
The mandatory 7 day waiting period between subsequent‘learning path’ modules is also a penalty against those with ADHD (ironic… they require access to medical records and yet act as if they are not aware of diagnoses, presumably because that would be too difficult or not profitable).
In my case, the PBC would not allow me to know that there are other pathways to be able to receive subsidized medication when I asked them. Only through a coworker did I discover other pathways, and all of them promise better, personal, individualized care, as opposed to how this app treats patients through it’s assembly line processes.
If you are forced into using this app, be sure to set a 7-day reminder to waste another 5 minutes of your day, re-open the app, and endure the next set of patronizing ‘learning’ modules.

App and Service Abysmal
The app is buggy and needs a lot of work. The "doctors" on this app have missed appointments or called into appointments more than 5 minutes late. I got disconnected from a doctor who called 7 minutes late, and then they never called me back. When I called the number they called me from back, the doctor was already on a call with another patient. Pretty sure that doctor hung up on me to move to the next patient, before explaining anything in the process. The only doctor that helped me and explained shutting about the process 9amHealth said it was a mistake meeting him. This service is a mess, will be contacting Amazon to complain about partnership.
