AI slop app

This was part of my company’s benefit. It was position as Health management care, having bait and switch a lot of employee promising glp1 assistance. But it was not. I would focus on the app. First, the care plan are no where but a bunch of AI slop. The information or learning module is not customized but generic AI slop. It doesn’t provide any helpful insights. The app is clunky to use. When I update my profile or even upload picture of insurance, it will not show you what’s happening and keep on lagging. I have to do it via laptop just to setup my profile. Also when they want you to do a task like scheduling a test it will not load properly. Again I have to use the website instead of app. I also noticed that the app might be tracking me as every portion seem to connect to a different site my ad blocker is alarming this app. The chat is unusable and will only show blank screen. Again I have to go to the website on my laptop to chat. I’m general, the app doesn’t function well that I have to use the web version. Now as for the service, I don’t think it’s worth it or valuable even if the Insurance or the company is covering it. Such a waste of time.

So far so good

My insurance requires me to use this app now for my Zepbound. So far it’s going well. They sent me a scale and tape measurer. That was cool. My questions are being answered in a timely manner. My 1st prescription was ordered and filled as expected through mg local pharmacy. I’m completely the modules and I was able to set an appt with my coach. My goal is to request a dose increase at my next refill. I know if I’m fully satisfied after the request.
Con: I did get the spinning after changing my password. I had to remove and reinstall the app. After that it worked fine.

Not Reliable

The prescriptions may or may not actually make it to your pharmacy. The AI assistant is useless. It takes days to get a response from a real person. A person is not assigned to help you specifically. It will always be some random person who doesn’t know you, your situation, or your issue. If at all possible, go a different route.

Horrible

This company is invasive and disrupts the relationship patients already have with their actual healthcare providers. outdated and inaccurate information, triggering language and practices.

Misguided reviews

You continue to use your doctor and your pharmacy. The only prescriptions they are controlling are the high priced diet medication. The App is to set you up for success so the money spent wasn’t wasted. And the weight loss is maintained. I have had issues continuing on any medication that I have been prescribed by my doctor. I continue to see my regular doctors. I have coaching sessions and use the information on the site for healthy guidance and it has been working very well.
