Useless app for membership when i went to a&w at setia city mall i show the Qr all the staff dont know and say its for online only.
Unable to proceed with forget password
The keyboard doesn’t disappear after key in phone number, hence it covers the “proceed” button and unable to get tac no.

Order experience so far all OK. Don’t have any app issue but whenever I order through the app, my order queue seems to be placed at the back? I have ordered on the app earlier than a lot of people ordering at the counter but I ended up being the last to receive. This is what I experience at A&W Cyberjaya.
Please improve the store operation first so they can prioritise app orders.

I ordered and waited for 30mins and the crew just started to fried the chicken. The crew was not entertain to our request. Bad bad bad bad bad service. Not recommended to come to this restaurant located at SS15.

Functional & Nice Interface!
Today is my first time using A&W app, was skeptical at first but surprisingly the app is rather smooth, very quick sign-up and we can see the delivery’s live tracker! I received my order on-time and there is no bugs, no lagging, please this app needs to be promoted more. Keep it up, A&W!

Too slow
Its too slow, my wifi is 5g, so there’s no way it’s the wifi problem. I wrote my info but there’s an error, i kept writing the same for a few times and there’s same error happened??
Orders
Most stupidest App, made orders and payment successfully deducted, but orders missing… no record at all… so annoying
Online order
PJ branch. All order in accordance. However, waffle need to go to others counter to redeem and need to wait in queue. Whats the points of online order. We have little one which giving tantrum which lead us frustrated.
Transaction Error while Ordering
I lost my money due to ordering via using app. The transaction was successful but there was no tracking no or anything instead an error and I cannot even view my order history. All I can do is refer back to my bank transaction as evidence for my purchase. Really disappointed! I hope A&W won’t simply release an app that is still not able to properly support online payment. TQ

Downloaded app and tried to signup. Filled in phone number and got Timeout error message. Tried many times but same thing happened. What a waste of time.
