this app is so slow, so many errors, no order process or update especially no history. not recommended to use it

Gift card
Tried to redeem the gift card on the website but it didn’t work. Had to go to the store, but when I got there, they said my gift card was detected as a bot and couldn’t be redeemed. Very disappointing experience — hope this issue can be fixed soon.
Fix the problem asap
Untuk main page apps ni okay je. Tapi once you click something, example — Order section, Menu section; nothing appear walaupun tunggu for 5 minutes with strong wifi. Dah banyak kali berlaku, sgt la tak user friendly.
Not user friendly
When I want to look at the menu it always takes me back to the main page when clinking the arrow when all I wanted just to get back at the menu page and also the app doesn't update all of its store. I have one that's near by but when I click at to order for take away it doesn't include the store that's near to me. 👎👎
