Gift card
Tried to redeem the gift card on the website but it didn’t work. Had to go to the store, but when I got there, they said my gift card was detected as a bot and couldn’t be redeemed. Very disappointing experience — hope this issue can be fixed soon.
Fix the problem asap
Untuk main page apps ni okay je. Tapi once you click something, example — Order section, Menu section; nothing appear walaupun tunggu for 5 minutes with strong wifi. Dah banyak kali berlaku, sgt la tak user friendly.
Not user friendly
When I want to look at the menu it always takes me back to the main page when clinking the arrow when all I wanted just to get back at the menu page and also the app doesn't update all of its store. I have one that's near by but when I click at to order for take away it doesn't include the store that's near to me. 👎👎

Always Crash & Need to Sign In Everytime
Worst app ever. App will crash and will ask for sign in everytime you open the app, even though u just opened 5mins ago. Whatever voucher they give cant even be used because the app will crash on you. Dont bother becoming a member.
No order history
Just placed an order for pickup then cannot find my order history on the apps. Okay but not even an email received????? Then how do i pickup my cake later? This is not acceptable!!

Took my money, did not confirm my order, did not even show up in my order history, and the staff were confused when I went to pick up despite my calling ahead of time and they confirmed they had it ready. Fix your app or don’t bother telling us to use it!

I used to be able to just call secret recipe to order my food but now they ask to use the app which is very inconvenient and not user friendly. I can’t track my order. I don’t know when will it be done. It’s slow and janky. I hate it

No order history
Just placed an order for cake pick up via the app. There’s no order history or email confirmation upon successful payment. No where to keep track of the order. Definitely need improvement on the app.

A few weeks ago Muadzam shah still in the app why suddenly when I’m frying to order on the app Muadzam shah location is not in the locations to pick up

Useless app
Useless app....Cheating with vouchers and promo codes. Adding unnecessary taxes upon using the promo codes which makes the promo unworthy. likewise, we have to pay the normal price. Rather than that SR can just shut their mouth up and not give any voucher and cheat their customers.
