English available?

The description for the app says it is in Japanese and English, but I cannot find any way to change the language to English. It might be there but since I do not know how to read kanji I canโ€™t see how to change it if there is a way. If it is able to show English instructions please make the option accessible in a way English speakers can change it, or else remove English from the language description so as to avoid this confusion.
