The best way of life.

Not worth the money

I paid for this app and there is a lot that are better it is not easy to use and it does not have have as much material as it claims. I’m constantly looking for new stuff to help my recovery and I’m constantly helping other people in recovery so for me this gets a 1 huge thumbs down

I just upgraded to the $12.99 Lifetime Membership and all I get is “Audio Cannot Be Loaded.”

Does not contain text and support is non-existent

The Ap advertising is a fraud. Don’t believe the ratings. The support email is not valid and the follow along text with the audio states it is not available. There is no way to get your money refunded if you cannot contact support. Don’t waste your money if you bought this to replace the paperback!

Locked out

I have been locked out of all my Audiojoy apps that I purchased a lifetime membership for! They duplicate each other so I pay for the same material in apps called different names! I don’t care for the deception! And they won’t accept any nickname I type! Even ones no one else could have!

If you browse through several of our recovery apps, you'll notice that there is core content we include in each app, as well as exclusive content pertaining to the Title of the app. If you are unable to Restore Purchase on an app you have purchased, you can contact us at support@audiojoy.com with screenshots of your purchase orders so we can assist. As far as your "nickname" goes, we are not sure what you are referring to there, as we do not host accounts or allow for users to add any sort of username or nickname to their app.

Unreliable

I purchased the lifetime option on the membership and it still won’t let me use it. It continuously says”purchase restored”. Nothing ever happens. It’s been almost 2 months
