Crashing when hitting jackpots

I bought 1 million credits and with those played multiple slot games where id hit the jackpot and then the game would crash. One of which was wolves and i spent an hour collecting bonus spins and finally hit the wheel bonus and then the game crashes and deletes all my free bonus spins I collected. There was also no wins over 100k when i was betting 10k spins, whats the point to even play if you dont hit anything big and then when you do it crashes. Absolutely annoying.

Keno glitches and doesn’t credit coins - support refuses to credit you

I won a million coins on keno but the game did not credit me my coins. I submitted a ticket to support but they refused to credit me as well. Be careful when playing this game it glitches out, doesn’t pay you your winnings, and customer service refuses to help
