Great app. Love the color cues.
I use this primarily for the speech and debate high school class I teach. We use a toastmasters style curriculum, and use this each class time to help students stay on time as they speak. They are incredibly helpful and can be seen from a ways away. Since I’ve gotten used to the app, I’ve also started using it the time when I give occasional speeches and talks. Great app. I used the pro version.

Great App!
Not overly bulky, just what I need. Been using this app for several years now sooting TV shows. My show hosts love the clear, simple display and customizable warnings. I also lecture and use it to keep myself on track. An absolute must have for video producers and public speakers.
Highly configurable timer with multiple count up options and selectable colors based on each stage
Yes, it has a countdown function - so does every timer on the market - but it also has a timer with multistage count up reminders! The pro version of this app has up to five configurable stages. An unexpected bonus was that each stage can be set to a different, user selectable color.
I run my iPhone display to the presenter monitor during our events, setting the background of the timer to green for the first 10-minutes, then yellow for the next three, and finally red for the remainder. It would be nice to allow for flashing colors, like the app has for the final color on countdown, but that really is nitpicking.
I couldn’t find any other timer on the App Store that met my requirements and most Mac/PC based software was overkill and required paying for a subscription.

Very confusing
The options screen (where you set up the timer, sections, alarms) is very confusing, and the instructions are useless.
I paid but there’s ads
I also don’t like that when I turn the iPad it doesn’t turn. I need big numbers and it doesn’t rotate. Sorry, but this app is not worth the money I paid (which I know is not a bunch of money - but it’s not worth it). A disappointment.
Excellent
I *love* this app. It’s very customizable and works great. The numbers are big and easy to read, but I love being able to see roughly how much time I have left just at a glance or out of the corner of my eye, just by the color.

Annoying ads
I purchased this app a few years ago and really enjoyed it. I used it for my students who did presentations. Now, I get these annoying ads. I only paid 3.99 a few years back but I did not expect to now receive ads. I know development costs but that’s why I purchased it and moved from the free version. Now it appears my version is not ad free.

Crashes constantly
Really hyped to have a simple and effective aid for my presentations, or at least I was before it crashed twice in the middle of them. Think twice before trusting this with your time.
The usual way
Apps offer a free version, you download it. Then they break it and bloat it and make it tedious to use unless you pay them. That’s what this is. The free version was great, until ads and pop ups and click throughs made it a very cumbersome experience. I’m sure the paid version is nice.

I paid for this app. Yet it uses the notifications facility of my phone for advertising!!!
Paid for upgrade & didn’t work
Paid for the upgrade, but I’m still getting ads and there’s no response from support. They’re out having a beer somewhere on my money.
Great App, except 3rd reminder broken
I'd rate 5 stars if the third reminder worked. I bought the paid version to use in a professional setting where I need to keep folk within 10 minutes. I wanted to use all 3 reminders, but when I have the first two set, the third color never switches on.
If this can be fixed, I would happily change my rating!

Useful timer
Use it during my class presentation. Works well and it fits what I needs. Simple and clean, functional.
Doesn’t vibrate
It says it only vibrates on vibrate functioning phones, I have an iPhone 7.

Clunkier
For some people come of this app maybe all that they need to time speakers. I, however, need a better-designed app:
– The app takes too long to start up. We don't need a splash screen with the sound.
– The colors are horrid. How about normal green, yellow, and red screens?
– I thought I couldn't find a clunkier app than the last app I reviewed, but this one is. Setting times uses a custom interface instead of the perfectly good one that iOS provides.
– That settings screen! Not only is it not found under Settings, looks like I'm on Windows instead of iOS.

Needs work
I'm looking for a replacement countdown clock for managing presentations. Two things this doesn't do it work in landscape mode or count up at the end of the timer. Plus it has ads on the bottom.
