Terrible Customer service

My experience with this taxi service was disappointing due to poor communication. After being informed my booking couldn't be fulfilled, my polite and understanding response was met with unwarranted defensiveness from the driver. It's concerning when a customer's polite communication is met with such a negative reaction. I will not be using this service in the future.

Terrible - stick with Uber

Thought I’d try an alternative to Uber for once and pre booked with A1. Never again. Didn’t turn up and when I called said it would be 15 minutes. Would have missed my train if it hadn’t been for Uber who picked me up in 5 mins. Avoid.

Randomly cancel

You can have it precooked for hours then a couple mins before it’s due it will randomly cancel
