Great service
The app is very good, shows you where the driver is and when you’ll be collected. Texts also come through about the car and driver and I was greeted by name both times today. Really happy with A2B. They also take card via SumUp

Great app needs tweak
This app is great, very easy to use and I like that I don’t have to have cash on me to pay, however, just a suggestion, it could do with a via entry so you are able to book to go to a second/third place on your journey or even go back home afterwards this would make the app excellent
Drivers obviously don’t use the app
I have waited to write this review as I wanted to use it for a few bookings first.
The app is user friendly, I particularly like the tracking feature so you can see how far away your taxi is. The issues seem to be with the drivers rather than the app.
Living on a new development I was pleased to see my road on the map but I am constantly perplexed that every time I book a taxi I get a phone call from the driver asking where they should go. If I can see where I am on the map why can’t they?
