Worst bus service I’ve ever experienced
The worst bus service I have ever tried, the buses are late consistently sometimes not even showing up. Would not recommend this bus company for travel to anyone
unusable
Ever since the new update it is super slow and laggy. It takes up to 5 minutes just to load the buses available sometimes not even loading at all leaving me without a choice but to rely on the bus showing up by pure chance. Joke of an app.
Unusable
This new update makes the app completely useless it told me the bus was in one place when it was in a completely other place. This isn’t the first time either since this has happened in multiple occasions with me and my friends. The only good it does it tell you what time the busses are on and even then it’s still really inaccurate.

Horrific and Unusable
The design of this app is incredibly weird and the previous app was such better. I have no idea why it takes so long to track the location of a bus in the new app. It’s clunky and awkward
Update has made this app worse
Takes ages to load, crashes if you try to go from bus tracker to my ticket. Logs you out unexpectedly. It’s very awkward if the bus arrives and your ticket won’t load. I’ll be changing back to using the TWM Swift card next month as the app is unreliable.
