Can’t make the audio work

Keep getting a message that will not play audio even after deleting and restoring. Please advise.

I was having some trouble with the audio in this App so I emailed the support staff requesting help with this issue. Honestly I thought nobody would care but within a day, I got an response from Tammy giving me 3 options of how to fix the problem ( they’re all very simple things to do) so I followed her instructions and now the problem is solved. Once again, thanks Tammy for your help and your professionalism. Keep up the good work.
