app didnt let me get my book
I purchased a book in store with a QR code and a message saying I could listen to it alongside my book for free. Newsflash—did nothing. Followed the steps. Looked at the support page. Just frustrating.

App not working
Please fix your app. I cannot even log in. Keep getting an error message.
very disappointed in quality of app
I was a long time user of Hay House. Then on and off the past couple years, it would stop letting me in. Finally, it wouldn’t let me in at all, from my lap top, phone or tv. I tried to reach out for support several times, then I didn’t just hear back from them at all. Just recently - several monthes later - they reached out and had said there was an issue with apple users that had been fixed. They didn’t other to offer me a credit at all for my previous months of issues or offer an apology for not replying for months. Due to their quality of customer service and inability to respond or fix the issue quickly, I don’t plan to use the app again and will no longer recommend it to anyone. Which is a shame, I really like Louise Hay and Wayne Dyer books and meditations. One would think a company of this size would put more money and quality support people towards their app to ensure it works properly and that long time customers are treated better.
