app didnt let me get my book
I purchased a book in store with a QR code and a message saying I could listen to it alongside my book for free. Newsflash—did nothing. Followed the steps. Looked at the support page. Just frustrating.

Please fix your app. I cannot even log in. Keep getting an error message.
very disappointed in quality of app
I was a long time user of Hay House. Then on and off the past couple years, it would stop letting me in. Finally, it wouldn’t let me in at all, from my lap top, phone or tv. I tried to reach out for support several times, then I didn’t just hear back from them at all. Just recently - several monthes later - they reached out and had said there was an issue with apple users that had been fixed. They didn’t other to offer me a credit at all for my previous months of issues or offer an apology for not replying for months. Due to their quality of customer service and inability to respond or fix the issue quickly, I don’t plan to use the app again and will no longer recommend it to anyone. Which is a shame, I really like Louise Hay and Wayne Dyer books and meditations. One would think a company of this size would put more money and quality support people towards their app to ensure it works properly and that long time customers are treated better.

Best app EVER!
I love this app. I use it at least once a day. I like to listen to the books, the podcasts and the meditations. I love that I can download so I can put my phone on airplane mode and still listen to my favorites.

Amazing
The app is so worth it! I am enjoying the audio book versions of some of the denser books I own from hayhouse, it makes it all very accessible. Love it!
In the middle
I love the titles offered but since a while now the app keeps crashing, have to un- and reinstall every single time I want to use it, so needless to say that is a big nuisance. Have not been contacted by support after my inquiry about it either, though I am a year-subscriber. Since it is not cheap, I am doubting renewing next year

Is not working
I bought a book who has a code to listen for free through this app and is asking me to subscribe for 6? Dlls anual or 16 dll monthly. I look for the book I bought and is asking me to pay 26 dlls in order to be able to listen it. Basically I have to buy the book twice. The app looks fantastic but you have to buy it even if you already buy the physical book.

Hay house has been kicking me out after already signing in. And it doesn’t recognize my password - and yes, my password is correct. Went to the Hay House Empower You website to contact someone. Clicked on the link and it says the page does not exist. I’ve been a long time user. This is unacceptable.

Login loop failure
I love the audio and have been using this app for 5 years. Until now, it’s a constant loop of login failure, reset password, repeat. A moment of audio after dozens of attempts only to do the same. Please fix your ‘update’ which is a failure to operate the app.

I love this app but recently it has been buggy - it logs me out daily and won’t accept my password, even though I have reset it a few times. I have to delete the app and reinstall it for things to work. Help?
I’m unable to get into the app
I’m very disappointed- the app used to work for me but now I am unable to log into it - it sends me on a continuous loop of changing my password that never seems to work
Repeated Logout and Login Error
The content is amazing;however, the app keeps crashing and logging me out. When I try to log back in, it prompts me with ‘Forgot password?’ even though I am entering the correct password. I then have to exit the app and log in again for it to let me access the app. It does not log me in automatically.

Love all the audios!
I did have trouble with the app initially. we will see if it continues to work? I had to uninstall and reinstall it. It was not letting me log back in. I do love all the access to books and audios it’s amazing!

But unlike audible you can’t make a playlist or rewind/FF a minute with the lock screen. The app itself needs some features, that said…
If you’re interested in spiritual and self development there are many classics and so many audio books and authors that I have discovered. And you get to listen to their latest hot-off-the-press publications. Such a powerful service to provide and great value for money. I recommend it to all kindred spirits!

Not great
The books on there I find a wonderful so far. I’ve been using the app for at least a few months, but the app itself is very glitchy. I may be listening to a book close out of it and next time I come back it’s on a chapter. I already listened to or it’s at the very beginning of the book again. Also, you can’t drag the dot to fast forward or go backwards sometimes.
