Hard to get in
I am so over being told I can’t get in with Face ID or my pin. I have never had so much trouble getting in to see my account for my money. I am about to leave the credit union just because I get told authentication error or something to get in. Meanwhile my Face ID works for all other apps.

Low quality app no zelle your atms are old no cash deposits and no atm at your city branch on broadway like lmaoo thats no member friendly and yall act like you cant take of your members when their struggling. I’m leaving due to the app not being up to date. I have an iPhone and I use Apple Pay, but I can’t with aac
Convenient
The App makes checking your account easy, however, it would be nice to have the Touch ID feature.
