If you put in your password to make a PIN, then forget your authentication and fail it three times, it locks you out of your bank account—which honestly isn’t a bad thing. But then they also lock you out from contacting them. So what am I supposed to do? Go in person or figure out the email? Why would they lock you out of contacting them too? 😭

Needs work
The app needs to allow you to see your balance in one particular account and for it to be sent by text. I don’t need an email also. Do away with that feature. Also if I put in the word LAST it should show the last 4 or 5 transactions to the account I choose. There is room for improvement a bunch and since Bloom Merged with WMCU you both should ask your members what work and what don’t and fix the app.

App Update Required
Been having to use the website because the mobile app is asking for an update that doesn’t even exist. I also can’t transfer money to my HSA. Called about it twice & it’s still not fixed.

The app says services unavailable at least 2 days a week.
Why?
I was searching and trying to find an application that was more worthless than candy, crush, saga, or Farmville. Thank you for coming through in a pitch with this monstrosity. I don’t know what exactly this is supposed to do but it’s completely worthless. As far as an app goes for banking. Perhaps you could add support important things such as running more information about your account what’s your balances are etc. and being able to print out information would also be nice if you were smart enough to put in something that allows us to just take a picture of a check remotely for deposit instead of having to come into the bank wasting fuel, every time we wish to cash a check. I tried to get this only a half star but unfortunately it wasn’t any dumber programs out there that would allow me to pull out a jack knife and cut that first star half..
