Terrible service
The app doesn’t work well. Multiple times getting locked out of the system as the 2 factor authentication does not work properly.
Multiple hours wasted attempting to restore access. At the end choosing to end the digital relationship.

Horrible
App constantly crashes whenever you try to check your account. Can’t access my money when I need it, going to switch to a different bank over this. It’s been months and nothing has gotten better.

Somehow worse
This version of the app is not really information dense. I can only see a couple of transactions at a time because of all the padding and margins. It’s also annoying that I have to tap the Face ID button to login when I open the app.
Why.
They do ‘maintenance’ on the app at random time and it last longer than an hour preventing you from doing anything on the app including locking or unlocking card.
