What happened
This app used to be so user friendly. I would just Face ID and log in and I could handle anything within 5 minutes.
Now It doesn’t save any of your information. Every time, I have to sign in like it’s my first time using the app. Then I have to search for my account each time I go to pay a bill, again like it’s my first time.

BEWARE
Be cautious using this app! There is no detailed billing information available just a total, so you have no information of what you are exactly paying for. Communications are inconsistent and they will not let you know if there is a billing issue resulting in unexpected fees. Customer service is not helpful.

Would be nice
Would be nice if I was allowed to utilize the app for what it was created for. I have tried more than twice to use this app to pay parking tickets and I keep getting the same response “something went wrong, try again later.”

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I have to log in every time I want to use the app!!!!!!!!! And every time I do log in, it does not work on the first try !!!!!!! I have to exit and log in again. i’m so passionate about my hatred for this app I hate you gr pay it I hate you !!!!!
New update is terrible!
New update does not allow you to see your trash funds. When searching it said my “account is sufficient” they must have meant $0 as the tag on my trash can said no funds available now I have a full trash can and have to wait another week as I hope I added funds but can’t tell. Also it doesn’t connect my water account so I missed a payment which used to be on auto pay and had to pay an extra 10%. VERY not happy!
