Very bad insurance.. you need to call the insurance and get a referral before going to the clinic to see a GP. Waste of time and money

The service provided by Afia Insurance Company is very very bad. When you give approval for a blood test, they approve the cheapest one, but when you go to get the results, you find out that nothing that is required has been checked. If there is a second option, do not select afiya Insurance.

Don’t ever buy this insurance. You’ll be dead before they approve anything. They are panadol resellers not doctors
Worst insurance in the whole world
If your company offers you this insurance kindly resign. They’re in the business for the money only. Like you need to pass out before they will approve you to even see a doctor.
