Do NOT join AAIB!! It will cost you your money. Have lots of money in my AAIB current account. Can’t withdraw it, cannot access any of through any ATM. My money has been stolen from me by the bank.

Worst banking app I ever used
This is ridiculously not acceptable performance for a banking mobile app. It’s very unreliable. The OTP verification is a disaster. I have no clue how a bank like AAIB is unable to fix such major issues
Poorest e-banking ever & Bank
Whenever money debited or credited to account, it doesn’t show the outstanding balance next to the transaction.
You cannot get a bank statement for more than 30 days selected, also the bank statement cannot be printed from the app in PDF.
Apart from above, the call center is using poor technology and always when I call them, cs representative does neither hear me neither do I.

لن يتم إصلاح البرنامج منذ اكثر من ٦ اشهر. ارجو سرعة اصلاحه

Not working at all
Guys fix the app, I can’t even login after your update
Very less feature, but too many issues
Although features are very less, I am consistently facing issues.
Last 2 issues I had:
1. Transfer between my internal accounts was possible only in one direction. Very weird.
2. Trying to change the password but always get errors. After 3 days trying It worked once, but since then the login is giving an error.

App Not Working! …
Encountered Errors!!!! How many days will it take you to fix this problem?!!! fix it as soon as possible... I can't make any transactions.
Miserable App
This app with its very few options makes problems ever now and then❗️ Wanted to change my password, which I do every 3 months, and I get an error message that I have used the password before, which I have definitely not❗️Tried it another 5 times with always the same error message❗️Why can’t you create a well and easy functioning app for your clients❓I am once again absolutely disappointed❗️Please fix this issue ❗️Thank you in advance ❗️

OTP is not being sent
Very frustrating such simple issues takes forever. I have been running after them for 4 days for a technical issue their system is generating OTP and sending it to my mobile . Worse customer service and banking facility I have ever experienced.

Please, is more than couple of months that the application is not working out of Egypt.
