Super pathetic app can’t send the otp tried multiple time.
Stopped Delivering
Stopped the delivery of milk all of a sudden. Tried 2 times, had to wait 1 week for refund of 1L milk, tried delivery again, was not delivered again and gave up on the refund this time.

Bad customer service
Very bad customer support, there is no way you can connect with customer support in this company, on app you will get no reply for months, WhatsApp will redirect you to raise a ticket on app, call will get auto disconnected. Milk was not delivered many times and no reply from any one, wanted to change address no reply from any one. Only good thing is that the quality of milk is genuinely good. Except for that every thing about Aapka Doodhwala is bad, don’t even deserve 1 star
