Paid for June and still haven’t gotten those books, and then they charge for July without even announcing what the books will be that they require you to buy.

I can’t get logged in
I attempted to make an account and it told me to download the app. When creating an account it says my email already exists, but when I attempt to reset my password I never receive a reset email. Frustrating that I can’t even get logged in.

I tried to make an account in the app, and then I tried to log in with the account I just made because their books looked better to me then BOTM this month. It keeps not letting me log in, and I tried forgot password, and it doesn’t send me a valid password change link. I guess I’ll have to stick with BOTM even though I was looking forward to trying them out. :(

Horrible App
The app is horrible. Books dropped at 8am and I haven’t been able to check out. The app has kicked me out multiple times. When it does load, I have to re-sign only for it to crash again.

I love this book subscription! SO many great options. The pricing and skipping can be a bit confusing at first, but customer service is quick to email back and explain! Highly recommended for any book lovers out there!!
Pricing Problem
I love this book subscription! I do have a problem with the pricing, however. A credit costs $17.99. A second book costs $9.99. If you choose not to pick a book one month, and let your credit roll over, the next month you can only get a second book if you use your credits for both book 1 and book 2. So instead of being $27.98 total, it’s the cost of two credits, $35.98. You should be allowed to pick whether you use a credit or pay $9.99 for the second book. I feel like I’m getting ripped off for not picking a book last month.

They get me
I’ve belonged to many book of the month - style book clubs, and by far, Aardvark selects books aligned most with my reading preferences! The app is covenant and great, and I’ve only ever had positive experiences with the whole experience. I contacted customer service a couple of months ago, and they were quick to respond to my question.

Can’t even access app
I downloaded this and it immediately said I needed to update the app but there’s no option to update so I can’t use or subscribe. Annoyed
Won’t accept my login info
Won’t accept my login info. The website won’t open (shows 505 message since 7am today). Abysmal customer service. Can’t cancel fast enough.

Love Aardvark and their book selections every month. The app makes browsing and selecting book easy. I like the bookshelf showing what I’ve ordered and how it allows me to rate each one.
