Worse Every Month
Pandering more and more to romance which folks have been arguing about online for years - but now they are not only selling out of any book worth reading, they just (10 full days after I placed, was approved, and paid for my order) told me that an order I placed the MOMENT the books dropped on 09-01 was in error, and they were actually SOLD OUT of the books I ordered due to a “glitch” lol

Beware impossible to cancel
I chose the option of three months for cheaper. It’s been 4 months now of paying and I’m trying to cancel. It keeps telling me I have to pay for another month first. I only agreed to 3. I’ve paid for 4. Now I’m being forced to pay for a 5th. Just beware that if you choose a deal and try to cancel it is basically impossible. Will try again in a month.

Audiobook player is not usable
This is not the first bit of feedback I’ve given about the audiobook player. It’s not the first review I’ve written about the audiobook player. But since I have credits that I have to spend and my preferred method of books is audio - here we are.
The audiobook player has no book mark functionality.
The audiobook player will restart your book from beginning for any number of unknown reasons. I’ve started to take screenshots of where I last was in the book to know where I need to skip back to.
It has been YEARS of this same feedback and the refuse to update their player. Embarrassing.
