Bookmark option not working
In the app, bookmark option is not working. Please sort this out.
Great App
Great app. Fantastic content. Technically one thing can be looked at. If I use the app for long time, apple device gets bit hot.
Stuck at loading screen for weeks. Does not work properly on iPhone. Subscription is wasted.
Please fix this buggy app.

I thought that there would be subscription of Ananda Bazar Patrika newspaper subscription. Alas!
App needs lot of work
I’ve taken platinum membership. I’m supposed to have 4 device login. But can’t login to more than two devices. The app prompts to logout from one device whenever I try to login through my iPad
Very poor app
I subscribed for one year and took few phone calls to start the app on my IPad. From yesterday the app is not working and mails & phone calls resulted nothing. Their on line support is also useless and after two days the customer care is informing that it will take THREE DAYS for them resolve the issue !!Height of incompetence and very frustrating.

News not loading
News are not loading on the page একনজরে. When i am clicking the news from push notifications it is not loading properly blank pages are loading.
Also provide a full screen mode to read the stories, its distracting to read the stories in current format with so many buttons visible
There is no option to change the app to dark mode. As an ios app developer myself, i feel lots of optimisation is required. Requesting your team to take care to provide us with good user experience as this can be a truly good all in one super app for Bengali readers.

Downloaded Books are not opening
App is good. But for last two days downloaded books are not opening.
Magazines keep on loading
I downloaded Pujabarshiki magazine. But it keeps on loading if I try to read it. Waste of money. Don’t take subscription.

আপনাদের প্রচুর ইমেল করার পরও কোন উত্তর দেবার প্রয়োজন মনে করেন না। ফোন করলে কলটা রিসিভ করে কেটে দেওয়া হয়। হোয়াটস অ্যাপে মেসেজ করছেন ৪৯৯ টাকার বদলে ৩৯৯ টাকায় বাৎসরিক সদস্য পাওয়া যাবে অথচ করতে গিয়ে দেখছি এটা সম্পূর্ণ অসত্য। ৪৯৯/- টাকাই কাটা হবে। আমি বই ডেস্কটপে পড়তেই পছন্দ করি। বিগত এক মাস আগেও শারদীয় পত্রিকা পড়তাম ল্যাপটপ থেকে অথছ এখন ক্লিক করলে বলা হচ্ছে মোবাইল অ্যাপ থেকে পড়ুন। এটা কী রকমের অসভ্যতা এবং বঞ্চনা? পরিষ্কার লেখা আছে ল্যাপটপ ডেস্কটপ মোবাইল ট্যাব থেকে ব্যাবহার করা যাবে অথচ সেটাকে বন্ধ করে রেখেছেন? এটা লোক ঠকানো নয়?? কেন করব সাবস্ক্রিপশন রিনিউ??

Unable to download pujabarsikis on iPad for the last two days……. Every click on download option is resulting in a status named queued
Suggestion
Please update the app to support dark mode. While reading with black background, the top and bottom panels of the app always remain in white which reduces the reading experience. Please fix this issue.

The app needs a lot of work
The app is not suitable for reading,the developer must understand the app is meant for reading hence it should provide various options to make reading comfortable and eye soothing,content wise it’s a great app.
Poor app cannot download pujabarshiki
It is scam from ABP. paid twice to renew the subscription as platinum. Cannot download pujabarshiki yet. Always shows qued and ask for upgrading the subscription. Such a shame for such big publication house.

Very often this section is not upto date.
